Hong Kong Racing Betting
Win Only: When you bet on the horse to finish first.
Place Only: You wager on the horse finishing in the first three placegetters.
Eachway: A wager in which you bet on a horse to both win and place.
Exotic Horse Racing Bet Types:
Quinella: Betting on horses to finish first and second in any order. There are several variations to this bet type. You can choose one or more bankers coupled with as many horses as you like or you can box a number of horses with any two of the horses chosen required to finish first or second in any order.
Duet: A wager on 2 or more horses finishing in the first three. Again as is the case for quinella betting, you can choose bankers and you can box selections with this bet type. You are not restricted I how many horses you choose to bet on.
Exacta: You are wagering on picking first and second in correct order. Again, there are many different betting systems used by punters trying to get big Exacta payouts. You can have bankers or boxed selections.
Trifecta: Picking the first three in order. Trifecta betting is a very popular form of exotic betting amongst punters and this is generally because of the large payouts that you can achieve. You can choose one or more bankers or box your selections.
First 4 – Pick4: A wager on the first 4 over the line. As is the case with trifecta betting, the first 4 can pay handsomely and again, you are not restricted in how many horses you choose to run the placings, but the more you put in the more it costs.
Treble: Picking the winners of three preselected races.
Quadrella: Picking the winners of four preselected races.
All Up – Parlay Betting: A wager you place where everything you win on one selection will automatically roll over onto your next selection.
